The Sportsbook Bar & Grill is open at 18951 Mainstreet in Parker. Mainstreet's sports-bar gap is now closed.

The Sportsbook Bar & Grill opened its Parker location at 18951 Mainstreet, Unit C in mid-August 2025, the fourth Colorado location of the chain that started in LoDo and expanded to Highlands Ranch and Colorado Springs over the last decade. We're writing this up now because the location has settled into its post-opening rhythm and is now a real option in the Parker Mainstreet rotation rather than a brand-new opening.

The format. Sports bar with a long bar, multiple TVs at every angle, a beer list weighted toward Colorado craft, a deep cocktail and shot menu, and a kitchen that runs late. Hours are Monday-Friday 11am to 2am and Saturday-Sunday 9:30am to 2am, which makes this one of the few real late-night kitchen options in downtown Parker outside of Tailgate Tavern across the street. Weekend brunch service runs from 9:30am to noon.

Why it matters for Parker. Mainstreet Parker has had Tailgate Tavern as its de facto sports bar for years; the Sportsbook addition gives the corridor a second option with a different vibe. Tailgate is the older, wing-forward, country-music-Thursday-through-Saturday-night version; Sportsbook leans newer-construction, multi-TV, broader menu, and runs a brunch program Tailgate doesn't really compete on. Together the two restaurants give Parker Mainstreet a genuine sports-watching destination that the corridor needed.

For Broncos Sundays specifically: Sportsbook is the easier reservation. Tailgate fills first and stays full through games; the new Sportsbook still has the post-opening soft demand pattern, which means walk-in tables and bar seats are realistic on Sunday game day. We expect that to tighten through the 2026 NFL season as the location's regulars build.
