World Trade Center steel dedication and ceremonial groundbreaking at Heroes Hall

A ceremonial groundbreaking for Heroes Hall and the dedication of a piece of World Trade Center steel at its future site at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, two hours after the Veterans Day Tribute on Wilcox Street. The county invites elected leaders, veterans and families. The county has not published a description, plan or budget for Heroes Hall; we will write it up when it does.
